Annalie Taylor is a multi-disciplinary artist based in the California Bay Area. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz in 2025. She has been recognized for her work, receiving numerous undergraduate awards, including the Irwin Scholarship in 2024, the Dean's Undergraduate Research Award in 2025, and Irwin Project Grants. Her work is deeply rooted in cycles of nature as well as current political and cultural climates. She works in close relation to sites, collaborating with landscapes, and considering relationships between art, artist, and land. She strives to create art that communicates with people on a sensory level and pursues art-making through an intuitive trust and appreciation for the body.
